Welcome to the Redcar and Cleveland Routes to Employment web site.

Created in 2004 the network of partner members continues to grow. Members include organisations who connect people with jobs, offer training to develop skills and also deliver advice and guidance.

This site is designed to promote all the initiatives and their services enabling people to find out which initiatives can best help in their search for a job.

The site also allows a wider community to understand some of the work being delivered in the Redcar and Cleveland area.
